Kousar Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Kousar Global", "we", "our") operates kousarglobal.com and provides outsourcing, staffing, digital, and IT services. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through this website.

We collect only what you provide directly, including: contact form data (full name, email, optional phone, company or channel name, website or social link, inquiry type, optional budget range, and message); business inquiry data; creator app partnership inquiry data; creator commerce partnership inquiry data; and careers form data (name, email, role, LinkedIn URL, and introduction). We may use basic analytics if enabled in the future — this policy will be updated if that changes. We do not run advertising or tracking pixels at this time, and we set no cookies of our own beyond sessionStorage for the welcome animation.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for a service engagement or future role, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Third-party services
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver notification emails from our forms to our inbox. The form data you submit is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering the email. We don't use any other third-party processor on this site.
5. Cookies
This site does not set any cookies of its own. A brief use of sessionStorage is made client-side only to track whether the welcome animation has already played in the current tab; it never leaves your browser.
6. Data retention
We retain inquiry and application records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate fit, and document our business relationship. If you'd like us to delete a record, email us and we will remove it.
